Added a flattening of project folders function, resizing presets in a ddl, letterboxing presents in a ddl, and brought the layer alignment tools over from other AE scripts.

Added a function to create a dynamic letterbox, and fixed the multi comp resizer function that was broken due to activeItem becoming obsolete during the iteration over all the comps.

Fixed the versionUpTodaySelectedComps function to actually work on mutiple comps, also now we end up with just the duplicate comps selected instead of all of them.
